We had a PLEASANT stay in a long time. There's Panda Minami Kamata within 10 minutes walk or so, really enjoyed their menu. Booked deluxe queen room, that included a private safe, an electronic key card and TV. Furthermore, free Wi Fi was a pleasant addition.

great view from the room. besides, we had no problems with wi-fi in public areas.
